About Brent Neely
I grew up in a hardworking family. My dad ran his own business and worked six or seven days a week to support us. From an early age, I had a front-row seat to what responsibility looked like and the cost it can carry. Time was always scarce. That planted a seed: there had to be a better way.
That seed took root when I read Rich Dad, Poor Dad. It hit me like a freight train: most people spend their lives trading hours for dollars. And in many homes, money is a taboo topic. We work tirelessly for it but rarely talk about how to use it to buy back our time.
I was determined to break that cycle.
While holding down a full-time job, I launched my first side hustle selling tiny plastic feet for patio furniture. I built the website, sourced the parts, and scaled it into a million-dollar business, one glide cap at a time.

Next came The Stove Store in Wallowa, Oregon, offering fireplaces and accessories both locally and online. Then I launched LeisureQuip, a pool and spa chemical business that grew faster than anything I’d built before.
That growth - and the tax bills that came with it - pointed me to what I truly wanted: real estate.
I started small, reinvesting every dollar into income-producing property. No house flips. No chasing vanity metrics. Just smart investments in assets that paid me to own them—delivering cash flow, tax advantages, and, most importantly, time freedom.
As friends and family started asking how they could invest too, I realized: not everyone has the time, risk tolerance, or experience to take on multimillion-dollar deals. But I do. I love the hunt. I love running the numbers. And I love turning complexity into opportunity.

At Neely Property Investments, we focus on assets that hold strong in today’s economy:
Multifamily and self-storage properties
Located in landlord-friendly, high-growth states like Idaho and Utah
Within reach of our home base in Enterprise, Oregon, so I can be on-site when needed
We assume inflation isn’t going anywhere and we invest accordingly. These assets tend to perform well when the dollar loses value.
Some of our deals include value-add opportunities like remodeling (something I’ve managed across multiple businesses). Others are solid, stable, cash-flowing investments with long-term upside and minimal drama.
We don’t chase home runs. We aim for consistent base hits that compound over time.

Life Beyond the Numbers
I live on a ranch outside Enterprise, Oregon, with my wife and six kids. We raise animals, grow much of our own food, and embrace the responsibility - and freedom - that lifestyle brings.
When I’m not underwriting deals or building investor relationships, you’ll find me volunteering with Wallowa County Search and Rescue, hiking in the Eagle Cap Wilderness, or helping my kids launch their own first businesses.
