What this call is. And what it isn't.

A Review Call is thirty minutes with me. The whole point is to figure out, honestly, whether investing with NPI fits the long-term picture you're building.

The operator I built this for is two to seven years from selling a business. Most of your net worth is inside one thing you built. A PE call landed, or a peer sold, or your CPA showed you what the tax bill on exit actually looks like. Now you're staring at the after-exit picture, trying to figure out how to replace the income, where the proceeds go, and what keeps the family steady when the business isn't the engine anymore.

That's the conversation. You tell me where the business is, how concentrated you are, how far out the sale really is, and what your advisors have told you that isn't sitting right. I'll tell you, plainly, how NPI's structure would or wouldn't fit alongside it. Long-hold multifamily, twelve-year horizon, depreciation timed to your exit year, quarterly distributions for a decade to replace the income you're about to lose. It's built for a specific shape of problem. If yours is that shape, we'll talk about what next looks like. If it isn't, I'll tell you that and probably point at the kind of structure that would.

The fund is small enough that this is the standard before any commitment. Not the exception.
