The deals
Every deal I've bought with investors, each with its own running record: what I paid, how it's financed, how it's performing, and what could still go wrong. Base hits in Boise, bought one at a time.

The Aspen
45 units across 12 buildings on N Liberty Street. Bought 100% occupied at a 5.63% cap on actual trailing income, fixed-rate agency debt.

North River
16 units on N 30th Street, a 1972 value-add bought with a $250K seller credit won in diligence. 100% occupied, rents running ahead of plan.
"Brent is a problem solver. When hurdles get in his way he finds a way through them. He's resourceful, honest, and follows through on his commitments. His approach to acquisitions is creative and strategic. The way he leverages technology to operate his portfolio sets him apart."
The next one
I underwrite Boise deals continuously and buy the ones that survive. If you want to hear about the next deal before it's funded, the fastest path is a conversation.
Make sure you're on the list
New opportunities go to the list first, before they're funded. Get on it.
